Wedding Photography at The Quay Hotel in Conwy North Wales
Karl & Nicole chose a total of 3 different venues for their wedding day! After their beautiful ceremony at Gwydir Castle and a picture stop off at Caernarfon Castle we headed back to the Quay Hotel in Conwy where they had booked me as their North Wales Wedding Photographer.

The day started off with bridal prep at The Quay Hotel in Conwy. No matter which room you’re in, the views across the estuary and towards Conwy Castle are breathtakingly stunning! Once all the girls were ready we made our way to Gwydir Castle where the wedding ceremony took place.
This early Tudor ground-floor hall is available for hire for wedding ceremonies and the absolutely perfect setting for a champagne reception in the castle’s grounds. The hall has open log fires and candles creating an exceptionally romantic atmosphere! After the ceremony, we headed out to explore the ten-acre gardens for some portraits.

On our way back to The Quay Hotel in Deganwy, the venue they had chosen for their reception, we briefly stopped off at Conwy Castle for some more wedding day portraits. One little girl even stopped Nicole and asked if she was a real princess which was very sweet!
Back at The Quay Hotel, the couple sat down for their wedding breakfast with their lovely friends & family. This was followed by some very funny and touching speeches from Nicole’s dad, Karl, and his best man.
