Ogwen Valley Couple Portrait Session
I always enjoy photographing an Ogwen Valley Couple Portrait Session as I really love the charming ruggedness this beautiful spot has to offer. I’m a massive fan of this beautiful valley and can often be seen there walking our dogs.
You’ll find the Ogwen Valley, or Dyffryn Ogwen in Welsh, to the right of Bangor where it borders the Glyderau mountain range on one side. On the other side of the valley you’ll find the Carneddau, home to the famous wild Welsh ponies.
I met the couple for their Ogwen Valley Couple Portrait Session at the visitor centre and it was nice to finally put faces to names after a couple of months exchanging emails. We went on a leisurely stroll up the valley and even came across a couple of wild Carneddau ponies who seemed pretty happy to come close for a stroke.
Cwm Idwal Couple Portrait Session
The weather around Cwm Idwal was as unpredictable as usual and it seemed like we experienced all four seasons in just one afternoon. It had snowed in the morning but by the time we walked to the lake the light was really soft making this beautiful Welsh landscape look totally dreamy.
