From the moment I read this gorgeous couple were looking for Llandudno Pier Wedding Photography and discovered their Welsh elopement plans I knew we were in for a fun day. And, of course, I’m never wrong! I¬†decided within 0.5 seconds after meeting Magda and the girls at The St. George’s Hotel in Llandudno that I was probably going to end up with a massive girl crush on Magda!¬†

The girls were getting ready at The Roof Top of Llandudno’s St. George’s Hotel and I could have happily stayed in this room for a very long time. Preferably with a glass (or two) of vino in my hand and lots of time on my hand to enjoy the views! As it stands I walked in pretty much only just before bridal prep was over (much to the horror of the hair & make-up girls haha) to catch a very smiley Magda and her bridesmaid & flower girls putting their beautiful dresses on. Ian & Magda wanted their North Wales wedding day to focus on pictures in the mountains of Snowdonia. Therefore, the first half of their day only covered the legal bit in Llandudno’s registry office, which was literally 500m down the road.

I absolutely loved watching the couple exchange their vows in front of Magda’s brother and his family and Ian’s daughter. The ceremony felt really intimate and meaningful and it’s fair to say that Magda looked stunning! After the ceremony they posed for a couple of piccies in the registry office before getting covered in biodegradable confetti outside. From there we walked to Llandudno Pier where I took some more pictures of the wedding party.

Shortly after we drove to some of the finest views Snowdonia has to offer and if you want to see more of the moody part of their elopement, head on over to Ian & Magda’s Welsh Elopement blog post. Feel free to feast your eyes on their gorgeous Welsh wedding adventure!

Llandudno is a beautiful coastal town in North Wales, where Snowdonia meets the sea. Its neighbours include the well-known and popular towns of Conwy, Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Rhos-on-Sea, Llanrwst, Towyn and Deganwy. It’s also not too far from Betws-y-Coed.
